Escape with your partner or bring your family and friends - Fallowfield has three double bedrooms and a master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and spa bath, accommodating two people in privacy or up to eight people in comfort.

Fallowfield is fully self contained with all linen and guest amenities provided.

The living areas at Fallowfield are fresh and comfortable, looking across the Jamison Valley to the majestic cliffs of the Kings Tableland. Relax with a book from the library and don't forget your CD's and favourite DVD's and videos, as Fallowfield is equipped with Austar Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD/Tuner Stereo system. You can also select a movie from the in-house DVD and Video movie library. An open fireplace completes the mountain atmosphere and central heating ensures your comfort.

For a longer break Fallowfield has taken care of life's little necessities - a washing machine and dryer are included for your convenience.

Prepare a romantic dinner for two in the gourmet kitchen or fire up the bar-b-que to feed a group. Fallowfield is fully equipped to make life easy with a dishwasher, microwave, quality utensils and tableware.

For the coffee lovers amongst you, there is a Krups espresso machine which makes a fine espresso or cappuccino!

Fallowfield Grounds
Dominantly Australian native gardens set on a large, 1400sq metre block, rear viewing deck with six person hydrotherapy spa. The spa and deck serve up stunning views across to the cliffs of the Kings Tableland and down into the Jameson Valley. Also with views of the Kings Tableland cliffs is the deck directly off the lounge/dining room. This deck with gas BBQ also has an outdoor dining table for 8 people. For your relaxation, a quality 2 person hammock which can be strung between the trees to capture the view . The property is also fully fenced. Another deck at the front of Fallowfield extends off the 3 bedrooms and provides filtered views across to the cliffs of Narrow Neck, The 3 Sisters and Katoomba.

Fallowfield Great Room
The great room is an open plan living and dining room with polished boards has French doors that span the full width of the of the house opening onto the deck with views across to the cliffs of the Kings Tableland and Jameson Valley. The convent style dining table seats 8. The leather lounges, armchair and daybed in the living room provide seating for 9 around the modern open fireplace - all wood provided. The house is also centrally heated for maximum comfort. The entertainment unit houses a TV, multi-region DVD, VCR, CD Player, Austar Satellite TV and AM/FM tuner. A small library off the great room has a range of reading, DVDs and videos. The chest in the living room houses a small selection of family board games including Monopoly, Pictionary, Scrabble, Chess and mind games.

Fallowfield Cook's Kitchen
All serving needs for 10+ people are contained in the large pantry. Includes quality flatware, cutlery, glasses (tumblers, wine and sparkling) serving platters, tea and coffee making/serving ware and a selection of baking trays. The cooks kitchen also contains a Krups espresso machine, modern stainless steel appliances including Smeg oven, Smeg ceran cooktop and rangehood, kettle, toaster. Plus a Mundial knife block, full range of cooking utensils, a hand blender/mixer and dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Basic condiments including a selection of dried herbs, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper are provided. A fresh herb garden is just outside the front door. Conveniently located telephone has a 9m cord and provides complimentary local calls.

Fallowfield Master Bedroom Suite (entire upstairs floor)

Fallowfield Main Bathroom & Laundry
Two-way access to the main bathroom which has a toilet and hand basin, shower with small bath and endless hot water....For your stay we provide the Aveda range of aromatherapy amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and bath & shower gel. The room also contains a separate laundry with laundry tub and bench space above frontloading washing machine and dryer plus a clothes drying rack.
